We prepare our green tea extract from the young leaf of camellia sinensis plants which are certified organically grown on the ambootia tea plantation in darjeeling, india. To assure optimal quality, the leaf is hand-harvested at its peak of potency and then promptly heat-dried to stabilize and extract its antioxidant catechins and flavonoids.
