We mixed the quality rich himalayan pink salt into our ghee to add a floral sweet flavor that will have you coming back for more. Our ghee uses the highest quality grass-fed butter sourced from a cooperative of farms in new zealand. Grass is naturally high in vitamin a, d, e, k and cla. When the cow’s milk is rich with these vitamins, it goes directly to the ghee – leaving the delicious, browned caramel like aroma. Our slow cooked ghee uses fresh ingredients to create flavor profiles which make cooking more fun and versatile. Ghee butter has a higher smoking point than butter making it great for cooking, sauteing, and baking. Ghee butter also has only 45 calories per serving while a standard stick of butter can be over twice that amount for the same serving size.
